Studio Floraison is where fashion and sustainability come together. The two powerwomen behind the brand carefully source the most beautiful vintage pieces, reimagining and transforming them into stunning, fashion-forward creations. Sara and Elke: "Our brand was born from a shared passion for fashion, sustainability, and the contrast between nature and urban life. Through these influences, we’ve created a brand that celebrates the beauty of reimagining pre-loved clothing, infusing each piece with a new lease on life.

 

Our journey began with a simple idea: to breathe fresh energy into forgotten garments. We focus on revitalizing second-hand male suits, often sourced during our trips to cities, where we search for hidden gems to transform. Each suit gets a unique twist, blending contemporary flair with timeless craftsmanship.

 

Our designs are a blend of the old and new, offering a distinctive look that stands out in both fashion and sustainability.

 

At Studio Floraison, we believe in the power of craftsmanship and creativity to tell a new story. Our process involves carefully selecting each garment, reworking its structure, and giving it new purpose, often by reimagining its cut, texture, or details. This commitment to sustainability doesn’t just reflect in our designs; it’s a core part of our brand’s mission to contribute to a more mindful and eco-conscious fashion industry.

 

One fun fact is that no one gets our name right from the first try. As it is French for blossom and pronounced like "flo-rah-zohn" ;). Right now, we operate from our home ‘offices’, but we dream of having a Floraison atelier one day where we can further cultivate our vision and connect with others who share our passion for sustainable fashion."
